The plans below show a student room for two people and a student room for one person in an Australian university

The given plans present 2 types of student room which one is for 2 people and one is for 1 person with sufficient facilities and different fees at an Australian university.
Coming to the student room for 2 people, which costs $350 per week, the room is 6 meters long and 4 meters wide. There are 2 chairs, a table placing on the left side of the room, next to the table are two cupboards which separate two beds with two study desk. There are a TV and a small bookshelf respectively in the left hand of study desk 2 and study desk 1. In the left corner of the room, a bathroom is constructed on the left side of the entrance door while a sink, a stove and a microwave are in the right direction.
Turning to the student room for one person, which covers a permission fee of 200 dollars per week, this room is more narrowed compared to the first one. Both 2 two rooms are 6 meters in length but the former room is 4 meters in width while this room is 2,5 meters only. The facilities in this room are quite similar exclude the table and chairs, a bookshelf, a bathroom, a television, a bed companied with a study desk and the cupboard because this is a single room.
Overall, the two rooms are designed for different demands of different type of students with an appropriate fee level for particular facilities the university provides.
