The process of Pu-erh Raw Tea and Ripe Tea
The diagram shows the manufacturing process of two types of tea, it called pu-erh Raw Tea and Ripe Tea. Both the teas have a few same process in the first three stages. It can be seen that the methods of production differ in the final parts, which accounts for the resulting variations in the two teas.
First, the tea puts on pan fried in order to inactivate the enzymes. Following this, rolling the tea and thereafter spread out on around mat for drying under the sun. For the next step the loose raw tea is ready to be behind into either ripe tea or raw tea. This is where the process divides. For making pu-erh ripe tea, fermentation the loose tea which left to mold. After completing the fermentation step, the producing the ripe tea is compressed and the tea is ready for consumting. Regarding about the other process, the pu-erh Raw Tea ready for distribution as vintage Raw Tea , the loose tea is through of compress process again and then left to age by storage.
