Some people think that there should be some strict controls about noise. Others think that they could just make as much noise as they want. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Whether the government should control the amount of noise or not is the major topic of concern in today’s society. While some people believe that they should have the right to make noise freely, I am of the opinion that the levels of noise need to be restricted
To begin with, there are two reasons as to why there is a common belief that people can product as much noise as they want. Firstly, making noise might be considered a good way to alleviate the stress. For example, singing loudly and listening to music at full volume could be a type of recreational activities. This is because people who immerse in music usually feel more relaxed. Secondly, some individuals could not cease making noise due to that noise derives from their work, such as noise by machines and by roadwork. If the authorities restrict the noise, those workers could not fine the method to accomplish their assignment effectively.
However, I am convinced that government should limit noise because of some significant factors. The first reason is that too much noise can cause the risk of some diseases, including headaches and heart problems. Moreover, the old who has ear problems usually can't stand hearing loud volume. Another obvious reason is that the noise could distract people from their study and work. Therefore, they need quite environment to concentrate on their affairs.
In conclusion, athough making noise freely is beneficial in the view of some people, I firmly believe that the levels of noise should be limited in order to not make negative impacts on
