The chart below illustrates the statistics about sales record, compared with three different branches in 2016, showing the number of transactions, transaction value, number of eat-in and take-away and the most popular item.
Overall, the Vancouver Georgia Street was the busiest, and having the highest bill cost per transaction. Meanwhile, the two remaining branches also had some interesting numbers and facts.
The number of transactions at the Georgia branch was 854. Despite the high cost, it still saw a fantastic amount of eat-in and take-away transactions. Compared with the Drake branch, the number of bills was 2 times higher, although share a familiar value of each transactions. The remaining one at Dunsmuir got the relatively fine amount of 750, but it was not as profitable as the two others due to the low value of the bill cost.
At these restaurants, we can clearly see customers preference. They had a trend of taking food away, rather having it at the restaurant itself, except the third branch. With the number of 200 and 190 for eat-in and take-away, the ratio was kind of the same for the Vancouver Drake Street branch. For the other two, there was a huge leap, around 35 to 50 transactions. Also, three branches had three different types of favourite item; and it was chicken burger at the first one, the chicken wings for the Dunsmuir, and the chicken pasta for the last branch.
