According to the table, in London, data opened in 1863, the distance travelled in kilometres is highest in London, and the number of passengers who used trains is 775 million per year. In Paris, it was started in 1900, whereas in Tokyo, it was started after 27 years in Paris.
In Washington DC, it began in 1976, passengers who travelled were 144 million, and the distance cut by train is 126 km which made clear that individuals of Washington DC used train services less than other city.
