The graph depicts the information on underground railway systems in 6 nations. London’s underground railway was opened earliest and has the longest route. While (??) the latest underground railway system was located in Los Angeles with passengers per year which were low.
The underground transportation system of London was opened in 1863 with the longest route ( 394km ) while the system of Kyoto and Los Angeles, which was the two latest underground railway, operated in 1981 and 2001. Two routes of Kyoto and Los Angeles was the shortest length with 11km and 28km.
The underground railway systems in Paris and Tokyo had the most passengers per year which were respectively 1191 million and 1927 million passengers. These systems were opened in the 20th century and had the routes which were over 150km in length. While Kyoto’s system had the least passengers on average every year which was 45 million.
