The table below shows the information about the underground railway system in six cities.

The table shows the data opened (in years), the routes (in kilometers) and the annual passengers (in millions) of railway systems in different cities. It is immediately apparent that not only does railway system in London become the first railway, but has the longest route as well. Meanwhile, Tokyo has the largest number of passenger using railway system compared to other cities.

Regarding the year of railway system opened, the first railway was opened in London in 1863. This was followed by Paris, Tokyo, Washington DC, Kyoto, and Los Angeles - operated in 1900, 1927, 1976, 1981, and 2001, each.

The routes length traveled by railway system has partially the similar pattern to the data opened. London has the maximum distances in kilometers of railway system routes recorded at 394. Then, there are the smaller number in Paris, Tokyo, and Washington DC that are while the former is listed at 199, the two latter are noted at 155 and 126 successively. Beside, Los Angeles and Kyoto has the minimum number in under about 30. Furthermore, It is clearly seen that Tokyo has the highest level of annual passengers using railway system (1927) which is followed by Paris, London, Washington DC, Los Angeles, and Kyoto having a different number, ranging from 1191 (Paris) to 50 (Los Angeles).
