Table below shows the number of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the after it was refurnished. The chart shows the result of surveys asking vsitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.
The table shows the total numbers of visitors before and after the phase of renovation of the Ashdown Museum. The chart depicts the result of questionnaire related to the satisfaction level of the visitors while their visits before and after the time of refurnishing.
Overall, the number of visitors increased after the process of renovation and the relative number of satisfied visitors also increased remarkably.
Year before the refurnishing the museum, half of the total visitors were not satisfied with their visit, and among them, 10% people were very dissatisfied. Moreover, 30% and 15% of visitors expressed to be satisfied and very satisfied respectively. This leaves 5% of the people who refrained responding to the survey.
The year after the museum was refurnished, number of satisfied and very satisfied visitors increased to 40% and 35% respectively. One-fifth of the visitors expressed their dissatisfaction, from which 15% were dissatisfied and only 5% were very dissatisfied. The percentage of the visitors not participating in the survey remained same at 5%.
