Overall, there was an increase in the number of visitors during the period, whereas the responses after the renovation were much more positive compared to the previous year.
Regarding the table, it is noticeable that the museum underwent a huge increase in the number of visitors with 92000 turn ups in the year following the refurbishment, surpassing the former figure of just 74000.
With regards to the pie charts, a majority of visitors (40%) confirmed to be dissatisfied with their experiences in the year before the redevelopment. However, this same feature showed evidence of a significant decline to only 15% in the year after the renovation took place. Moreover, 40% of visitors feel satisfied in the year after refurbishment, topping the chart with 10% higher than that of the previous year. The proportion of those who were extremely pleased with the service doubled from 15% to more than 30% during the period. Finally, the rate of dissatisfied responses was cut by half to 5%, while the percentage of no response visitors recorded the same figure in both years surveyed with only 5%.
