The table illustrates the number of spectators to Ashdown Museum throughout the year before as well as the year after it was renovated. And with regard to the two pie charts, they provide the results of conducted surveys questioning the audience about their satisfaction towards the museum within the same two periods.
Overall, it is obvious that the museum became more successfull in terms of the numbers after refuribishment, which represented perciptable increase from 74,000 to 92,000 spectators.
According to the first pie chart which was conducted year before renovation, 40% of visitors were dissatisfied with the museum, whereas 30% of respondents were satisfied. It is worth to mention that 15% of audience were very satisfied, in contrast solely 10% of them were very dissatisfied with the museum. Also, visitors who did not response to the surveys accounted for a merely 5% of total number of people.
Turning to the second pie chart, it is apparent that some figures increased noticeably after the refuribishment. The figure for people who were dissatisfied with the museum went down dramatically to 15%, whilst the proportion of visitors who were satisfied increased slightly to just 40%. Likewise, another prominent feature is that the figure for very dissatisfied visitors rose greatly to 35%, but the number of people who were very dissatisfied with the museum went down unnoticeably only 5%. The figure for people who did not response remained stable.
