The table below shows the percentage participation of women in senior management in three companies between 1975 and 2015

The given table present information about proportion women who was in senior management in three different companies namely Eldan Ltd, Bamforth Ltd and Finsbury Ltd over the period from 1975 to 2015.

It is noticeable that the percentages of women in senior management was gradually increase during 40years in three companies. As is shown by the table the highest proportion of such women was in 2015.

As can be seen in Finsbury Ltd the percentages women in senior management positions was 16% in 1975 and it was great proportion than two other companies. However, during next years these percentages was sharply climbed in Eldan Ltd and Bamforth Ltd. Especially, in first company wich named Eldan Ltd these index was double increased from 1985 to 1990.

The figures for like this women during 15 years from 2000 to 2005 was rapidly rise, particularly in Eldan and Bamforth Ltd. By emphasize, the third company namely Finsbury in this year.
