The table illustrates the proportion of women working as a senior management position in three different companies from 1975 to 2015.

Overall, number of women working as a senior managerial level in Eldan and Bamforth LTD companies are increasing throughout the 50 years period. In contrast, Finsbury LTD percentage was changing every 5 years.

It can be clearly seen, Eldan and Bamforth are two companies who displays a steady increasing figures from the beginning of the period till 2015. In 1975 and 1980, Eldan LTD got a similar data of 3%, then after 5 years they experienced more than threefold of women staff, and consistently rose at the final year, who made up the biggest percentage of 64% compared to other companies. Similarly, Banforth LTD starting year got 9% and gradually increased with average of 2% every 5 years from year 1980 to 2000. However, in 2015 it shows a huge growth of 46%.

Looking at Finsbury LTD, the percentage of women participated varies, it has relatively little changes about 5% over 50 years. In 1975, despite more women were working in the company accounted as 16%; Finsbury LTD Company ended up the less number of women working in the position which has 26% in the final year.
