The table makes differentiation of people and the types of living accommodation of three particular areas of a city.

Overall, according to the data table, in every area, the number of totals people are closed to each other. Moreover, detached living is more popular in the Central area, while the flat is preferred by Green park residences and terraces for the Southberg.

To begin, in three areas the population is around 32000. The green park city individuals like to stay in a flat, while less than 5 times people chose terrace for living. In addition, 25 and 15 percent of city dwellers of Southberg and Central area select flat to live, respectively. Furthermore, the popularity of the terrace is far higher in Southberg and 4 times than the Green park.

Turning to the other two features, semi-detached and detached both are favored by the Central area persons, and detached is 11% more than semi-detached. In this case, the rest of the areas semi-detached has the same percent (5%), on the other hand, the difference between the detached is 9%.
