The table below shows the projected costing over the next five years in American dollars for three environmental projects for sustainable forestry. The pie chart shows the expected expenditure breakdown allocation for the first year as the projects are set up.
The table illustrates the spending in American dollars that is prognosticated for environmental projects in different countries in the next five years and the pie chart demonstrates the costs of different parts of the projects for the first year.
Taking a look at the table, for the first year 105, 20, and 30 million dollars are allocated for three projects in West Africa, Central American, and South-east Asia respectively. In addition, these amounts are declined to 7.5, 12, and 20 million dollars in the second year and for the following years the spending has reached a plateau at 2.5, 5, and 50 million dollars, by taking account of an increase to 3.5 and 40 million dollars in West Africa and South-east Asia in the fifth and third years respectively.
Turning to the pie chart, for the first year of all projects the salaries make up half of the budget and Set-up costs account for a mere 30% of the spending and the rest is made up by training and office expenses equally.
In a nutshell, the most and least expenditures are forecast for the projects in South-east Asia and West Africa in order. Besides, in the first year of projects salaries have the biggest proportion of spending.

You don't need to put all
You don't need to put all numbers or data. You only need to pick up the main features, then compare and contrast. read the requirements:
'Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.'
and write whatever you can see from the graphs, don't make something new.

flaws:
You are in the wrong way. You just need to compare the differences for one project in 5 years and the difference for 3 projects in the same year.

Hello. I appreciate your correction and attention. I have a question about writing Task 1 : Is it necessary to mention all the data and numbers in the charts or graphs? Can we only mention the trends? Is it enough?
Sometimes it is so difficult to mention lots of numbers and write a good assay simultaneously.
With best regards
