Overall, the number of students claims that electronic resources ¬are good rose significantly during the period shown, while there is a modest decrease in terms of good ratings for range of modules offered. Moreover, the figure for three remain sectors follows a violate pattern except facility aspect which has the same level between 2000 and 2010.
In 2000, print resources received the highest good ratings with 87 percent following by buildings/teaching facilities and quality of teaching with 77 and 65 percent. The electronic department and range of modules offered share the last rankings with 45 and 32 percent. In 2005, the figure for all aspects decreased by 2 percent except for the buidings/teaching facilities and electronic department which saw the highest rate of increase and reached 72 percent.
At the end of the period, the number of students giving good ratings continued to increase to 88 percent and share the first rank with print resources. By contrast, the figure for range of modules offered reached the lowest level, at 27 percent.
