The table compared five different kinds of vehicles which were registered in Australia in three years , in 2010, 2012 and 2014.
Overall, the amounts of five types of vehicles almost experienced an increase over the period. In addition, the figures of Passenger vehicles were the highest in three distinct years, but Motorcycles were a significant growth.
As can be seen from the table, in 2010, passenger vehicles stood at 11.8 million. Meanwhile, the data of commercial vehicles only was about 2.3 million. Over 4 years later, Passenger vehicles were reported a slight increase, at 13.0 million, just about 10.2%. Whereas, the amount of Commercial vehicles increased by 2.7%, which accounted for 17.4%.
According to the table, the most largest percentage was Motorcycles with 30.8% from 2010 to 2014 while Heavy trucks were the lowest proportion of all kinds, at about 8.3%. Besides, Light trucks witnessed an increase, at 23.5%, just lower Motorcycles.
