It can be vividly seen that in case of mobile holders, Luxemburg had highest 872 per thousand people followed by Italy, Singapore and Germany with 737, 648,and 586 per thousand people respectively. South Korea was accounted for 380 per thousand people. China stood at the lowest position with 35 per thousand people.
Turning to the rest of description, for personal computers owners ( per thousand people) Luxemburg led with 900 people per thousand, whereas Singapore, Italy, Germany and South Korea occupied second, third and fourth positions with 690, 480 and 452 orderly. As far as comparisons are concerned, the figure of person computer owners was approximately 2.5 times more than mobile phone in China. Second, in case of person computer ownership, the digits of owners in Luxemburg was two times more as compare to China.
