The provided chart illustrates the proportion of students who gave good rating for variety aspects of a university in China during a period of 10 years.

Overall, it is clear that while learners have positive mindset toward technical quality, print resources, electronic resources and buildiing and teaching facilities, the opposite was true for range of modules offers. It is also notable that, print resources was received the highest good rating among 5 aspects between 2000 and 2010.

As we can see from the chart, print resources witnessed a significant growth to 95% before experiencing a marginal fall of 4% in 2010. The proportion of good rating for technical quality increased slighly to 69% at the end of the period. Moreover, electric resources witnessed a dramatic rise in good rating. To be specific, in 2010 nearly 90% respondants to the survey giving good rating for electric resources , 2 times as much as that in 2005.

Looking at the chart for more detail, At 75%, the building and teaching facilities stay unchanged during the period. In constrast, the percentage of good rating by students for range of modules offered witnessed a slight downward trend of 7% in 2010.
