The table gives information about the percentages of the population working in the agriculture, manufacturing and services sectors in 7 different countries during 2014.
It is clear that services sector made up the largest proportion if employees in all countries. Additionally, the rates of agriculture workforces were lowest among three sectors
In 2014, nearly 84% of England employees had a job in services sector, while the proportion of services workers in Greece was slightly lower, at 80.6%. By contrast, Romania had the lowest rate of the population employed in services, at roughly 44%. Meanwhile, the percentages of services employees in Czech Republic and Ukraine were higher, at around 60% each.
As regard to manufacturing sector, with the exception of 37.4% of Czech Republic workforces worked in this industry, other countries' figures were all lower than 30%, with the lowest witnessed in Greece, at only 16%. The UK, France and Germany had the smallest proportions of agriculture workers compared to other countries, each had lower than 2% of employees worked in agriculture sector.
