Overall, the proportions of sodium and saturated fat are the highest in dinner while added sugar is more popular with snacks.

As regards the first, sodium and saturated fat make up a vast majority of dinner-meal proportion with 43% and 37% respectively.By contrast, the amount of added sugar which was consumed in snacks is the highest, accounting for 42% compared to 23% of added sugar used in dinner time.Besides, breakfast is the lowest percentage of added sugar and saturated fat with 16% for each.

Meanwhile, sodium used in snacks and breakfast share equally balanced percentages with 14% for each.Similarly, the percentages of sodium and satured fat used in lunch are the second largest group
