In 1981, at 40% of expenditure was allocated for teachers’ salaries, which was the highest. Especially, there was a similarity with the proportion of resources e.g books and that of furniture and equipment (15%). Meanwhile, the percentage of the other workers’ salaries stood at 28%, which was the twice higher than two those figures.
The two years later experienced a slightly increase of roughly 6% in the percentage of insurance; nevertheless, there was a dramatic decrease by 15% in the proportion of other workers’ salaries Whereas, those of teachers’ salaries and resources e.g books gradually rose by nearly 10% in 1991, then declined marginally by 5% in 2001. Meanwhile, the rest figure had an upward trend in 1981 and unfortunately followed an opposite trend in 2001.
