Only two parts of charts demonstrate stability, namely “other workers’ salaries” and “insurance”. The first shows a gradual decline, when the second shows a slight rise and dramatic increase from three percent to eight percent between 1991 and 2001.
In 1981 40 percent of the school budget went on teachers’ salaries; this figure rose to 50 percent in 1991, but fell to 45 percent in 2001.
The percentages of “resources” and “furniture” fluctuated. “Resources” reached highest peak in 1991, 20 percent; “furniture” hit the peak in 2001, 23 percent.
To sum up, according to the three charts, we can conclude that teachers’ salaries used the most of total spending.
