Essay:
The table gives information about a coffee shop's sales in an office building on a normal weekday.
Overall, the sales of coffee and pastries are the highest, however, that of tea and sandwiches are significantly lower.
From 7:30 to 10:30, the number of cups of coffee is 265, which is 155 higher than that of tea. Over the next three periods of time, the coffee sales plummet by 120 before rising again to 200. The same pattern can be seen for tea, in which the sales decrease considerably to 35 between 14:30 and 17:30 but increase to 75 at the end of the day.
Turning to cakes, in the first 3 hours, 275 pastries are sold, which decline to only 95 in the next period. In contrast, the sales of sandwiches surge from only 50 to 200. Then, the number of pastries drops again to 80 after a 55 increase. The opposite is true for the sandwiches sales, in which this figure climbs to 110 after it dips by 160 in the third period.
