The pie charts compare the percentage of world spending, world population and consumption of resources. Overall, it is clear that the number of population in Asia is the highest. Also, the proportion of resources consumed in USA and Europe is much higher than in other countries.
As can be seen, the amount of food consumption is the highest, accounting for 24% of total world's spending. This number is considerably higher the figure for clothing, at 6%. On the other hand, the second highest factor invested is transportation, with 18%, and a slightly lower percent of 12% spending for clothing. Finally, only 40% of spending for others which is not mentioned in these charts.
Asia has the highest number of population, accounting for 57% of world's population. The population of Europe and the USA is significantly lower, only 14% respectively. However, the figure for resources that both areas consume is biggest, 60% compared to only 40% in the consumption of resources in other regions. In terms of population in Africa, this area only accounts for 10% of world's population which outnumber two times the population of other regions.
