These charts present the average family spending in two countries, Japan and Malaysia, in one year, 2010.
Generally, it can be seen that, services and some goods was the main sector of Japanese in 2010. While at the same time, people in Malaysia must pay money for housing more than anything.
By Focusing on similarities, household spending and other goods and services between Japan and Malaysia differs only 3% at 29% and 26%, respectively. Moreover, the same 3% gap in opposite direction stands for food in which the portions in Japan and Malaysia were 24% and 27%, subsequently
Looking at differences, housing forms almost one-third of family expenditure at 34% as opposed to Japan in which the same section constitutes virtually one-fifth of pie chart at 21%. Additionally, housing and health care creates 26% of Japanese families expenditure which is twice as much as Malaysian households at 13% .
