Overall, it is clear that the amount of minutes of telephone calls using local-fixed line took the highest rate, followed by national and international-fixed line While the figure for local- fixed line calls rose and then fell back, the others increased continually
Looking at the graph more closely, one can see that, from 1995 to 1999, the number of local calls rose up from 70 billion minutes to 90 billion minutes, which make it the type with the highest minute during the period shown. But in 3 years later, local calls declined sizably to around 72 billion minutes. While in 7 years from 1995, national and international calls grew stably to approximate 62 billion minutes. Also with mobile calls. The number of minutes surged slightly with 12 billion minutes and rose heavily, peaked at 43 billion minutes in 2002
