Dear All,
I am pleased to invite you all for a small party that I am organizing to celebrate our one of the projects success. Probably, as we all know how much hard work and extra time we had spent to complete this project and met client expectation. Even client was raising a concern at one point of time when things were not on track.
As you all are aware this is not the first time we are organizing the party for the complete team. Last year party was also fantastic in terms of food and venue but unfortunately as the number of attendees was less lots of food is being wasted.
To avoid the similar situation in this year party I have couple of suggestions. Firstly, we would take consent to judge the number of participants. Secondly, it is not compulsory so people have freedom to opt out if they feel not interested. Finally, we would be taking an opinion on the menu of food that people are interested to eat.
We are planning to have this party on 28 Sept 2015 starting from 7:00 pm on wards in Bombay Dreams which is one of the eminent Indian restaurants.
