Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to accept the invitation to speak about my country at the American Academy. It is an honor to speak about India in your prestigious University.
I will reach California on 25th May, as I have a meeting with the Dean of Unuversity of South California, therefore, I am available around first week of June for the talk. Additionally, I would love to visit the campus and speak to the faculty if it can be arranged.
As you know, India has a diverse and vibrant culture, I would be giving a lecture about the various Languages we have in our country. I would be speaking about the regional as well as ancient origins of our cultural heritage that we have been passing on from centuries. Finally, there will be a short interactive quiz for the students to participate and learn from my talk.
The lecture will have slides that would requir a projector and preferably a white board to write on. Additinally, I will send some questinaires for the quiz for printing.
