Dear Mr.Chad,
I am writing this letter to you in regarding the last training I participated in order to be qualified for my job as a lifeguard.
For once I must say, your course was extremely helpful. Your teaching was interesting and all of your lessons were easy to remember. I never thought I could be able to performing CPR with such excellent precision before. The school facilities were also in good state and all regularly maintenaced. Although I cause you and the staffs some problems, you guys still treat me gently and guide me through my mistakes.
But sadly the program's schedule was very exhausting. The classes were arranged too closely together. In theory it worked great, however there won't be enough space if the number of attendance increase. And more importantly, the session shouldn't end during rush hour. I hope these negative got taken into account and resolved in future.
