The production of ethanol fuel is highly obatined from corn in modern world.The ethanol fuel can be replaced with petrol or diesel in future world.Industries have step up process to obtained ethanol fuel from corn.The diagram given in topic gives description of such process.
The raw corn is stored at large scale in a warehouse.Further corn is sent for milling process where corn granulated in small size .After milling,corn granules are mixed with certain amount of water and cooked for 4 hours at certain temperature.The mixture of corn and water is then fermented for nearly 48 hours.After long process,the mixture contain some amount of liquid and solids.The liquid and solid are separated by certain process,where liquid is further sent for purification stage. The purification step is very important process where purity of desired ethanol fuel is checked.The purification step is carried out for atleast 5 hours.As desired purity of ethanol fuel is obtained, then it stored in drums or in a big storage tanks.The ethanol fuel is delivered as per as demand in market.
Ethanol fuel is succesfully obtained from corn.As in developing when natural fuels will at extinct,it will be replace with ethanol based fuel.The ethanol fuel is enviornment friendly.
