The line graph illustrates how many population in India and China in the period of 50 years from 2000 to 2050.
Overall, both India and China had a upward trend about population, yet China will change their trend which will show a slight decrease in the future.
In 2000, China accounted for 1200 billion, thereby becoming by far the highest of population. They had 200 billion people higher than that of India. However, it will not same that situation although both countries will increase constantly and sharply in the next 20 years. Then their figures made up same population in 2030, at over 1400 billion residents.
Not surprisingly, China will not held their first rank anymore after 2030 which will decrease to exactly 1400 billion people. By contrast, the number of population in India is predicted to rise to 1600 billions, a difference of 200 billion residents. It will make India top the list of population in 2030.
