The graphs below show the numbers of male and female workers in 1975 and 1995 in several employment sectors of the Republic of Freedonia.
Write a report for a university teacher describing the information shown.

The given two charts illustrate how many men and women workers in 1975 and 1995 in many diverse employment sectors of the Republic of Freedonia. Overall, it can be seen that the number of the male workforce in 1975 was more than the number of female employees in different six sectors, while in 1995, some sectors tend to employ women.
On the one hand, some sectors such as manufacturing, communications, finance/banking, wholesale and retail trade, and public sector(non-defense) had employed the exact number of men artisans over the 20 years. This means it did not experience any increase in men workers. Otherwise, the defense public sector has decreased their male employees by 10,000 by 1995.
On the other hand, the number of women workers had not declined in all six sectors in both two years, but it remained steady in some sections, namely manufacturing and the non-defense public sectors. Also, it raised in several other sectors such as communications, finance/ banking, wholesale and retail trade, and the defense public sector.
