I am writing to draw your attention to some of the problems we are experiencing with your mass transit
in Rosemount Avenue. Prior to this time, we have been enyoying the best mass trasnport service from your
organization not until recently we started noticing late arrival and reduced number of buses plying the area. These problems are greatly affecting on the general populace of this area.
Let me explain the problems in details. Majority of the inhabitant of the Rosemount are working class people living there with their families. For a very long time, we have been having two buses that do transit people and the school pupils fifty minutes before the official resumption time to the city center. However, this has changed of recent, we only have one bus plying the area now which is not sufficient. Moreso, the bus do arrive very late making it difficult for the workers and the students to resume late everyday.
In order not to lose people's confidence in your company, I think you need to improve the service by restoring the number of buses commuting the route, or better still, increase the number of buses to the area. The population has grown significantly and you can confirm this by visiting the community. In addition, please ensure that buses are arriving on time.
