This is to bring in your kind attention that I recently bought Lenovo laptop from your shop recently on 15th January 2020 vide invoice no. 2020490E under extended International warranty of 2 yrs.

Until yesterday it was working fine, however since today morning it started heating up and shutting down automatically. it seems that fans of the laptop are not working properly which is causing heating up of laptop & I understand that it can cause major damage to the motherboard of the laptop.

you are requested to replace the laptop as it is still under warranty. Further, I would request you to please send your technician to collect it from my house as I will be traveling out of Dubai. Upon my return, I shall collect it from your shop.
