You have recently visited a tourist attraction and were very pleased by the help given to you by the staff. Write a letter to the staff manager and say
– Give details of your visit.
– Describe how the staff helped you.
– What do you want the manager to do?
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my happiness with the service provided by your employees.
I am a businessman and a week ago I visited the capital of Russia because of some business issues. When the deal had been done, I still had a day to spend in your city, so I followed a piece of advice and visited your zoo. The experience was incredible and joyful due to professionalism and personal qualities of some members of your staff.
Primarily, I do not speak or read in Russian and I had a hard time to understand the information about animals and their habitat that was written on tablets near cages and cells with the displayed creatures. A janitor who was cleaning a cage noticed my struggle and helped me by translating the info. Moreover, it was the time of feeding and another employee whose duty is to feed animals allowed me to give some fruits and vegetables to such marvelous creatures as zebras, giraffes and even elephants.
I would like that the benevolent conduct of those workers become known to others, perhaps, they may be praised as examples of ideal employees who adore their work and like to help visitors. In addition, if it is possible to reward them with promotion or a pay rise, it would be ideal.
Sincerely yours,
Eugene Dubinchuk
