I am Dhaivat Suthar, a tenant of your Lakeview side apartment. First of all, I want to thank you for the repairs which you have arranged last week before I moved in. However, I am writing this letter to inform you about a few pressing issues with the appliances. They are impacting majorly in my day-to-day life and I request your support in rectifying them.
To begin with, the majority of the appliances are working well baring the washing machine and oven. I have observed a continuous water leakage from the back and it gets higher while washing at full load. In the case oven, It is not heating up properly and I reckon, the issue is with the heating coils as they don’t glow red while the oven is switched on.
As I can see, both of them look relatively new and i believe that they must be under warranty. It would be great if you can raise a formal complaint about the repairs for these two appliances.
I really appreciate your prompt action for these problems and hoping for swift repair from the company.
