Dear Mr. Andrew,
I hope you are doing well. I am Anne Julius, the passenger who sat next to you on the flight to Texas last month. We didn't like a particular dish that was served at the flight and discussed about how cuisines could be made more delectable and authentic to cater better to the customers.
I am writing to you regarding the job post in your restaurant that you mentioned during our conversation, as the Restaurant Manager. I have completed my Hospitality and Management course last week and am currently looking for a job in the food industry.
I can confidently assure you that I am apt for this position as I have prior experience working as Chefs assistant during my University years. In addition, I also have a degree that will allow me to handle the staff effectively as well as ensure that the customers leave the restaurant with a smile.
Therefore, I hope you will consider my application for the post and give me an opportunity to work at your restaurant.
