During a recent plane journey, you sat next to a businessman who owns a chain of restaurants. You talked to him and he suggested that you should contact him about a possible job in one of his restaurants.Write a letter to this businessman. In your letter-

Dear Mr. Smith,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Jack Reacher and I had the pleasure of having been your co-passenger during our flight from London to New York. I write to you to remind you of your mention of a vacancy at one of your restaurants in London which you thought i might be suitable for.

Two weeks ago, on the flight from London to New York. I was seated next to you. I recall your company having made the long journey enjoyable, as one topic of our conversation cascaded interestingly into the next. During our conversation you had mentioned a possible vacancy at your newly inaugarated restaurant at London. I remember you had said that the job involved managing restaurant operations.

I would like to request your attention towards considering me for the vacancy as Restaurant Operations Manager. I believe that i would be the ideal candidate for this position as i have the right mix of personality and professional experience. I have over 8 years of experience in operations in the hospitality industry and an MBA in Hospitality Management.
Furthermore, I am known to have an eye for detail and not only get along with people but also am known to be organized and punctual, I believe these traits are crucial to the job, thus making me the perfect fit for it.

I look forward to hearing from you and hope for a favorable response.

Yours Faithfully,
Jack Reacher
