Dear Sam,
I was so relieved when you agreed to take care of my home and my pet, while I am away on the business trip. I understand that you work on your assignments during late nights, so to help you a little I have kept supplies of frozen snacks and groceries in the refrigerator.
You can call me on my cell phone or drop me text in case of any emergencies. Additionally, I have written down the contact details of my hotel, Ginger, on the note pad in the study. You can leave a message at the hotel reception in case I do not respond to call.
Dog food is kept in the cabinet over the refrigerator and Jack, the dog needs to be fed handful of the feed, thrice a day with a gap of 6 hours. He is quite obedient and will not bother you while you work. Additionally, let him out in the lawn as per your convenience and he will play with his ball.
Regarding the daily chores, please put the garbage in the trash can outside the gate, water the outdoor plants daily and indoor plants every alternate day. There’s nothing much to do on regular basis since I cleaned the house and the lawn over the weekend.
