Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
• give contact details for when you are away
• give instructions about how to care for your pet
• describe other household duties
Dear Ben,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing to thank you for looking after my house and my pet snowy and additionally provide some instructions which will make your stay comfortable while I am away on a holiday. Let me explain the details.
To elucidate I will be carrying my mobile phone to Bali and would be reachable on Viber or WhatsApp on the same number. I prefer texting rather than calls. Coming to snowy, I have kept his food items like pedigree, milk and water bowls in the cabin which is in the balcony area. You can serve him pedigree and milk twice a day additionally if he still feels hungry serve him some boiled chicken which is kept in the freezer. Don’t worry about taking snowy out as Smith will come every day and take him for morning and evening walks.
Lastly, there is some technical issue with the microwave oven and I have asked a local technician to visit and fix the problem. I will share your contact details with him and he will coordinate with you.
I hope you have a pleasant stay and do text me in the case of an emergency.
Best regards
Saad
