A friend has agreed to look after your house and pet while you are on holiday.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
• give contact details for when you are away
• give instructions about how to care for your pet
• describe other household duties
Dear john,
I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and to the best of spirits. I am writing this letter to thank you for agreeing to home sit for me when I will be gone to New York for a week.
I am putting down a list of few priority items along with their schedule timings for you. I know you will take care of them to the most extent possible.
Firstly, feed my cat twice a day and give her a bowl of milk in the evening, just so you know all the related cat supplies are kept at the front porch. she is very friendly and I am pretty sure she is not going to disturb you much.
Also mentioning few household chores such as watering my plants daily so that they do not whither, keeping the outside light on every night for the safety reason and disposal of garbage to nearby dumpster when required. I have stocked enough ration for a week, but still if you need something specific, you can shop from nearby convenience store. Feel free to use anything at my house just as yours and I wish you a comfortable stay. do give me a call as and when you need at 111-111-1111, as I consider above a big favor.
I hope you enjoy stay at my house even in my absence. Once again thank you for your generosity.
Warm Regards
Harry
