hotel disappointment
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my utter disappointment with your hotel and the way your staff is ruining your repute.
A week ago, my company named ways software, used one of your conference room for executive meeting session. The agenda of the meeting was to obtain modern technological assets and it was joined online by some of our office bearers and agent currently residing in UAE. We were faced a ton of problems during the meeting. Internet connectivity was one of them. We immediately contacted the main office, requesting a redressal of our grievance but the rude act of manger had shaken my belief in your ability to provide top-notch customer care all the time. He was stick to his point that we paid only for the room,
not for cyber facilities. This unprofessional attitude created an unpleasant scene. Under the given state of affairs obsequiously request you to kindly conduct our inquiry in this regard and take the strict step to avoid such unfortunate happening in the future.
I hope that you will deal with this matter promptly as it is causing me considerably inconvenienced.
