Write a letter to the company. In your letter
describe the benefits of sponsoring the sports team
summarise the benefits of paying for the concerts
say how you think the company should spend the money
Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. Since I had read on local magazine to send your opinions about subsidising Blue sport team or open-air concerts, I decided to pursue you around investing on our local children's sports team.
Let me explain you in details. It has been about for years that local children are getting ready for country competition. Thanks to families supports, they really have been successful in their team and they rewards 2 awards in middle east cities champion.Unfortunately, As lack of a professional trainer, their talents wouldn't be thrive . besides that, they really needs a good place to train themselves.
however, owning two concerts costs which are running in outdoor places, bring for all the local people happiness and exciting moments. you should consider that paying for concerts extend your bank account.
Honestly, despite of this fact executing concerts is more producing money in short term, subsiding the local sport team has enormous benefits and effective outputs in long term which even cause you to take a sponsorship in big sport teams in area. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Faithfully,
Chi Chung
