A large company in your area has decided to spend a certain amount of money, either to sponsor a local children’s sports team for two years, or to pay for two open-air concerts. It has asked for feedback from the general public.
Write a letter to the company.
• describe the benefits of sponsoring the sports team
• summarise the benefits of paying for the concerts
• say how you think the company should spend the money
Write at least 150 words.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a noble citizen of our town Patiala. I have come to know that your company wants to spend money for our society and wants feedback to choose one from the two options. Therefore, I am writing to express my interest in this matter.
As you might know that the Football not only represents our city on international level but also motivate numerous citizens to participate in sports. Moreover, sports might be helpful to keep youngsters safe and sound from bad habits such as drugs and also helps to keep them healthy.
Perhaps, it would to possible to gain profit by sponsoring two open-air concerts. Owing to this, you may help to attract people in our town and we can show our folk music at national level. Moreover, by inviting spectators, it helps to boost the economy of our town.
After viewing the both options I would support the sports team. This is due to because by sponsoring this team for two years you can provide them all the facilities. Moreover, this team selected for coming international event so that if you assist them by money then they will motivate to win this match.
I hope you company will consider my suggestion,
Yours faithfully,
Amanpreet kaur
