Unfortunately, I am writing to report a loss of my laptop bag that I forgot to pick from the over head cabin while travelling with you recently.
Last week, I traveled from london to New Delhi on 25th August, 2014 with you via flight no 121, boarding card no. AI 234. Since the flight was late and I had a very important meeting to attend. Therefore, in a hurry to get to the appointment I forgot to collect my luggage and only realized it when I got to the hotel.
Furthermore, to help you find my luggage, please take a note that the bag is a black leather Gucci branded bag and it has my personal documents, credit cards and some official papers as well. it also has a picture of my wife and daughter.
I would be grateful if you can send the luggage to my hotel. my room number is 32, and the name of the hotel is Royal Imperial hotel. it is at number 78 Williams Street, Stratford, london.
