Last week you were on a flight to London. Unfortunately, when you got off the plane, you left a bag there. You did not remember about the bag until you got to your hotel.
Write a letter to the airline. In your letter
explain what has happened
describe the bag and its contents
say what you would like them to do about this problem
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to request for your assistance. I am Safa Mustafa, a passenger who boarded the flight CZ1234 from Texas to Dubai. My flight was on 27th December 2020 10.45 PM.
I believe when I fell asleep during the flight the bag must have slipped from my seat and fell on the floor. Due to the rush of boarding another flight and going through all the processes, I failed to notice that the bag is missing until I was at the hotel.
Nevertheless, the bag will be easy to spot due to its leopard print. There is a key chain dangling on one of the zippers with my initials, i.e. SM. Inside the bag there is a Canon 7D DSLR camera and a detachable lens.
May I request you to courier me the bag to the Hilton hotel, Dubai as I will be staying here for a fornight. Also, please provide a label on it as fragile as it is really precious to me. I would be happy to refund any courier charges.
Thank you for your cooperation. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Safa Mustafa
