Last year you attended a presentation skill course at the Sydney College of Australia. Your new employer has asked you to provide copies of your reports and assignments as quickly as possible.
Write a letter to the director of the school. In your letter, explain:
who you are and why you are writing
request these documents
ask whether you need to pay any fee for that
You should write at least 150 words.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to request duplicates of the reports and the assignments that were the part of my course curriculum. My student number is 568279107 and enrolled in presentation skill course in April 2018 at the Sydney College of Australia. I request to you to allot me a set of copies.
Actually, I have recently joined the new employer in downtown, Sydney and they are requesting all my documents related to this course to clear my pending background check which is due only for this part of my career. I connected with registrar but they want me to drop an email to you with all the requisite information needed to issue a new set of certificates and assignments.
Would it be possible to post them directly to the employer address? I am hoping that they will be sealed by office of admission and attested by the director of course which is necessary to prove its authenticity. How much fees does it cost and where can I pay it? Please courier it with express service I can bear the cost so that it is received by this week. In case of any queries, you can connect to me.
I am waiting to hearing from you soon.
Your's Faithfully
