The line graph and table illustrate the figures of average monthly temperatures and annual hours of sunshine for London, New York and Sydney.

Overall, the average monthly temperatures for London and New York witness the same tendency, reaching the highest point in July while the figure for Sydney experience the opposite trend. In addition, amongst 3 different cities, New York has the largest hour of sunshine duration, followed by the figure for Sydney.

Looking at the line graph in more detail, in January, the average monthly temperature in Sydney is 26*C, compared to 5*C and 9*C for the 2 remaining cities, New York and London. Both the figures for London and New York reach a peak at July but New York has the slightly higher data, making the difference of 6*C. Wheares, the average monthly temperature for Sydney see a decrease of 10*C to reach the lowest point of 15*C during the same time-scale.

As we can see from the table, the total annual hours of sunshine for New York and Sydney have relatively similar, standing at 2.535 hours and 2.473 hours respectively. However, the yearly sunshine duration in London has significantly less than the 2 cities mentioned, just 1.180 hours per year.
