The book it is about the way of life from stoicism. That explain about what we able to control and uncontrol it, for instance area of our control is emotion and kindness and act of other person or happen accident are uncontrol.
That mindset extremely helpful for every person especially who get stress from occupation, tasks, disease, and anything happen, it is more advantage to reduce disappointment, angry, and any negative emotion.
