It is argued that children should be motivated to join any interested free time work.I agree with the above statement which will be beneficial for pupils in career.
On the one hand, part time job can be very helpful for children to boost their skill in any particular field even though they are pursuing their education.It will be the best way to use leisure time wisely and get experience before the graduation.For instance,a survey conducted in an university of Regina showed that 75% higher level students are engaged in part time work and also getting good salaries.This work experience helped them in career growth and now they are working in the reputed international companies.Furthermore,they are also awarded for the best employee of the year.
On the other hand, indulging into work for a short time for money might not be a best option for students, however, they could utilize that precious time for learning some extra-curriculum activities which is related to colleges or universities.Children can take part in sports activities to increase their knowledge which will keep them healthy.Take an example, Oxford University students used their spare time in dancing classes ,the result recorded that the children who took classes have higher fitness level than others.Additionally,Utilizing time in other task besides studying courses might divert pupils mind and they may get lowest score in the tests.Such type of work may increase their stress and donot provide any essential support to achieve high percentage in the examination.
In my view,I believe that excess time can be used by many ways it depends on students career.It has both pros and cons,I think doing part-time job will be fruitful in future development rather than wasting valuable time on playing or recreational works.
